Pastor Joseph's smile could explain how happy and excited he is about the tools and resources he received from Multiplication Network Ministries (MNM). Before getting introduced to the ministry, Pastor Joseph planted his very first church in a village called Mwavi, Bagamoyo, Tanzania. Surprisingly enough, he realized that the church was neither growing spiritually nor numerically. In the midst of this situation, Pastor Joseph met with one of his friends (a pastor and trainer) who introduced him to the ministry and eventually became part of a church planter class. Ever since he started taking the material, he has experienced such tremendous growth in his ministry and the church as well. "“The training has been of great help so far. From last year up to now, we have been able to baptize 18 people which is something we did not experience before. The church’s presence has now been felt in the community. So many lives have been transformed as a result of this church. All in all, we have something to be grateful for to the Lord,” says Joseph.
Furthermore, the training he received from Multiplication Network Ministries (MNM) has also shaped his leadership skills as a leader of a local church. "The tool has reminded me of how a leader should behave and conduct himself before those he leads. I have learned that a leader should walk in humility before the Lord as he’s an open letter to those who follow him. This has also reminded me that the church will be stable if the leadership is good,” says Joseph.
Pastor Joseph is determined to transmit what he had learned to his church members. His goal this year is to produce more leaders- not only any leader but competent ones by using the resources and tools provided by Multiplication Network Ministries (MNM).
