Yesterday after church, under the Petra Equip Ministry we gathered for a powerful time of fellowship and growth as we discussed the book Anxiety Attacked.

We learned deeply about biblical ways to navigate anxiety in our lives. It was incredibly building and encouraging to remember that while the world offers its own solutions—ways that often fail us, cost us our values, and leave us empty—we have a higher truth. We were pointed back to the ultimate anchor: the sufficiency of Christ and the sufficiency of Scripture as the true Word of God to deliver us from anxiety.

A massive Thank You to everyone who led the session, and to everyone who attended and brought their hearts to the table! 🙌🏾✨

This is exactly what the Church is meant to be.
