Realizing that Africa Nations are experiencing the most exciting moments in their spiritual history , economical history and Government history, while women are the majority in population both within and outside the church and these are co-regents with men, they have tremendous potentials that could make a world impact if properly and fully developed; equipped; empowered and used
This makes it imperative for Global Women ministry Africa, to focus at global linking with all women ministries in the body of Christ so as to blend and develop women ministries to a higher level of their callings with an impact. To bend a realistic Army of God which will arise and shine to bring light among all types of people, so that whenever there is worn out dishearten, stress from the pleasure of life, captivity, sorrow and grief, they can prepare encouragement, freedom ,comfort, joy, gladness, hope and a blessed life of abundant without exhaustion. To bring holistic change in women’s mindset from the words perception to the value of God the Father and Jesus Christ so that they may discover their honor, integrity and destiny. To gather women together for their Godly service assignment of interceding for Nations. To enable women ministries to work together as servants of one master, one Father, in harmony, love and peace each in the area of her calling using her gift. It’s a belief of GLOWMA that developing and empowering a woman holistically is empowering and developing a family and a Nation. Thus the grass root of functions of the Ministry, which
are ;
• Training and Teaching:
Long term and short term training programs, conferences, seminars, workshops in all areas . Aiming at equipping all types of people with education, Godly Knowledge, Wisdom,, insight, and understanding the principals of life change; and acceptance of the communities. Hence our focus is at Spiritual health, moral health, Economic health, and peace are maintained for full happiness and joy in services which is a point of maturity.
• Intercession. This is the Heart and the Master key of the Ministry. Nothing is done without seeking authority and goes ahead of our Heavenly Father. All welfare from marriage, Families, the Body of Christ, Communities, and Nations and Continents, and all types of Leadership God has to intervene all affairs for them to succession.
• Evangelism and Mercy Missions. This is where all out reaches to the unreached, needy such as the elderly, orphans, windows, street children and the addicted in all areas are done.
• Counseling. Professional counseling services in different areas such as pre-marriage,marriages, HIV/AIDS, the addicted, the abused, less advantaged.
• Social Service. The Ministry and the members have full participation and support in developmental programs by placement and allocation of human resources, financially, material, and sharing some strategies towards economic growth for effective and efficient services within families, communities and Nations. Functioning with the above services in the reached areas for the past ten years, we have molded some Leaders with holistic transformation of Spirit, Soul and Body who are walking according to the will of God in all areas as well being entrepreneurs for the growth of their economic health and self-reliance, motivated, trained, equipped and empowered for a life style of living and lasting in a sincere relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ with great impact. They set examples and then light is shining to their marriages, families, communities, Body of Christ, Nations of Africa to the end of the world having assurance that Jesus is with them to the end of age.
