It must be a divine influence if a sound minded Individual becomes so passionate to work for people of "lower class" to raise their standard of life and service.
To do this in a poor country where people have not learned to support local initiatives is very costly. Few dares to do that.
One question should be moving in our minds. "Why are you here on this Earth, particularly in the midst of that community"? Are we here to enjoy ourselves, get old and die? Is there a special purpose for our existence? Or life is a game of chance? These questions and the like can only be well answered if we bring God in. Life have no meaning and purpose if God is not in the equation of life. But again, which god? Many communities have their god's, are they all god's, are they really god? It's another question that needs a honest and unbiased answer. Permit me to speak of one particular God, the God who through generations have been identified as "God of Abraham, Isack, and Jacob or Israel" This God has a real history which is very demonstrative, many nation's recorded the acts of this God of the unknown ancient times. In our generation he did a wonderful thing, he decided to come in the midst of his creation in a human body. People tried to hide his unique superseding Divinity by denying his act such as ressurection from the dead, but ended in futile. Jesus Christ is God in human form, his works demonstrated on this Earth proved that. He handed down his divine power to those who will believe and said "in my name you shall heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out devils, and be poison unharmed, etc. "Too good to believe" was this commission to every believer in him. Years passed by, weaked men took this commission out of believers and laid it upon the few whom they designated "priests" which may also mean "pastors" or church leaders. So they muzled believers and made them pew seaters. The devil knew that by doing that, believers will stop growing and experiencing God and so their faith in Him will grow wax, and he the devil will be able to devour them one after the other because of spiritual immaturity. He broke the functional church structure that released gifts of the Holy Spirit and instead instituted a secular structure that focuses on knowledge instead of relationships. Today, we have very powerful preachers who no nothing about "love". Agapeo love. The command of the Lord to His church "New commandment I give, 'love one another'". See you later. Dr. Mgwena

A number of things holds my contribution in this page, though it's mine. However, let me point something here today. My theology teacher once said, "good is the enemy of the best" taking that into consideration, I wonder why many people doesn't see things the way they are, but try to forge another new way which will keep holding them back behind others. There are things can hardly be changed by university degrees, one example is worldviews. We know that this comprises of perceptions, beliefs and values.
Think this way, does our leaders in Africa realize that we are very far away from where other nations are? Have they realized the foundations that took those nations where they are? Why, if you cannot produce another equal way do not take their route? For example, do they realize that cultural way of raising up children have greatly impacted these nations with discovery minds? Do they realize that right now we are breeding a generation of people who are being raised by house maids? . . ., Look how people from developed nations admire God's creation, spending time to think through, make official researches on almost everything of life and around nature, and be fully supported by government, institutions and even individuals . . ., Oh my God, there are so much to speak of what brought these nations to where they are. "Culture". But they keep telling us "tudumishe mila" (maintain your traditions). In our college we emphasise critical thinking and emotional intelligence as opening courses, trying to help our students see possibilities of creating new ideas and opportunities, discover the potential of their locally available resources despite where thy are; . . . as well as saving time and resources from emotional imbalances and poorly developed brains . . . May God help Africa.

Tunapofikiri mafanikio, tunaweza kuwa na mitazamo mbalimbali. Wako waotarajia mafanikio yaje kwa njia ya misaada, wengine kwa kukata viungo vya binadamu wenzao, wengine kwa kunyang'anya wenzao Mali walizotesekea kwa miaka mingi na wengine kwa kutumia Mali ya umma K**a Mali yao binafsi. Kuna wengine wamejifunza ujasiriamali na wanazalisha pesa za kutosha lakini zinaishia kuoa mke wa tano. Elimu ya ujasiriamali ilitakiwe imfikie baada ya elimu ya mtazamo, ili ujasiriamali wake uwe endelevu. Ziko Mila, misemo, hadithi, mithali, vitendawilo na maneno ambayo vinaweza kukufanya uwe mvivu wa kazi na kujituma au uwe chapakazi. Vitu hivi (mitazamo) isipowekwa sawa unaweza ukawa unajaza maji ndoo iliyotoboka...
