The mission in East Africa continues with adjustments due to the situation in Kenya. On the 19th, the leaders’ meeting with Pastor Peter McKenzie was held on Zoom, connecting over 100 participants despite the challenges.

On the 20th, a second online meeting took place with Brother Rod Miller, while at the same time the Church Seminar began in person at Deliverance Church Zimmerman. Pastor Peter McKenzie encouraged the church to seek true spiritual success, not shaped by material standards, but by standing in grace and resisting conformity to the world.

The seminar continues today. Please keep the meetings in prayer.

Following the BUILD Conference in Pallisa, Uganda, the team travelled back to Kenya over the weekend to continue the mission.

On Sunday, Apostle Stephen Gachengo and Pastor Peter McKenzie joined the local HCC church team for the launch of a new church branch, while Pastor Peter also ministered during the Sunday service at the main HCC church in Umoja, Nairobi.

We thank the Lord for the fellowship shared with the churches and for the continued openness to the message of the Cross. Due to the current political instability in the country, the Church Leaders Seminars with Umoja Nairobi Churches, taking place from the 19th to the 20th May, is now being held online via Zoom.

Please continue to keep the team, the churches and the nation in prayer.
