The eleven sons of Jacob couldn't hear Joseph when he called them STARS.
They only heard "bow"...
Jealousy is both deaf and blind.
The tragedy is not that Joseph dreamed, but that his brothers could not see themselves in the dream. They interpreted inclusion as competition and destiny as rivalry.
A jealous heart will always misread God’s language..... because jealousy is only fluent in comparison.đŸ˜€
How often do we see someone rising and assume it means our fall, yet in God’s kingdom, one person’s elevation can be a doorway for many?
Because Joseph’s dream was never really about humiliation; it was about preservation. The very brothers who resisted the vision would later be sustained by it. đŸ˜‰
Hey God’s people;
May we have hearts that can celebrate the "star" before we worry about the "bow", and eyes that recognize destiny even when it comes wrapped in another person’s elevation.
