And just like that, another Arbaeen comes to an end 🖤

Perhaps this was one of the most uncertain Arbaeens we have ever witnessed. There were questions we could not answer, roads we did not know would open, journeys we did not know we would complete, and moments when the uncertainty itself felt heavy. Yet, through it all, one thing remained certain — the lovers of Husain (a.s.) will never decrease.

For some, it was their first Arbaeen.
For others, another chapter in a lifelong journey.
And for many, it was a journey they prayed for but could not make this year. But wherever we were, our hearts knew where they belonged.

And as we close this Arbaeen, we ask Allah for only one thing:
Do not let this be our last.

May we be blessed to witness every Arbaeen that Allah writes for us — year after year, until the very end of our lives. May our feet continue to find the roads of Najaf and Karbala, may our eyes continue to witness the beauty of the shrine, may our hearts continue to ache for Husain, and may we never be separated from the love that brought us here in the first place.

May we return again.
And again.
And again.
Until the next Arbaeen, may the memories of this journey remain in our hearts, and may the longing for Karbala only grow stronger.

For every step that carried us to you,
for every tear that fell along the road,
for every stranger who became family,
for every cup of water, every meal, every hand extended in love.

For allowing us to walk beneath your banner,
to lose ourselves amongst millions,
and somehow find our hearts in Karbala.

Arbaeen was never just a journey of the feet.
It was a journey back to you.
