本宮創建於日治昭和三年前、資料不詳暫且無法可考
每禮拜六晚上文和武乩施方濟世，凡婚喜、工商開業動土、修造擇日或求嗣 在「日據時期」由福德廟祠，到迄今代天宫供奉三尊恩主、觀音佛祖、天上聖母、玄天上帝、濟公禪師與眾仙佛聖神，歷史悠久，建宮64週年，神威顯赫，祈求靈驗。
