南安宮沿革
民國七十六年二月間由本宮創辦人廖萬居先生無償提供南昌路二段房屋，並籌塑供奉主神天上聖母金身，祈求天上聖母慈輝顯佑，庇佑善信安康。
民國七十六年六月初八假現址恭請 北港朝天宮 天上聖母指示宮名，請地方耆老王金福先生代表求筊，以十二筊最高，號稱「南安宮」。宮務日有進展，善信亦隆，香火鼎盛。
