Having doubts and holding wrong views toward the Dharma are great obstacles. Even though you lack knowledge, if you think that you are great or have good understanding, that means you have an immense ego. Always examine your mind and eliminate any pride. Try to overcome it.

Generally in the Buddhadharma, there are provisional and definitive teachings. However, most of the Ta***ic teachings are entirely definitive meanings and there are not many provisional meanings. If you have delicious food to eat, you may find yourself wondering, "Who knows whether this food contains poison or not?" or "Who knows whether this food is suitable for my health or not?" and if you choose not to eat, you will not be able to fill your stomach.

薩嘎達瓦節|藏地最殊勝的祈願月,轉山轉寺祈福介紹

每年藏曆四月十五日,是藏傳佛教一年中最神聖的節日——【薩嘎達瓦節 Saga Dawa Festival】常被視為藏地對應「佛陀聖月」的節日,概念上接近南傳佛教的 Vesak(衛塞節),但時間更長、儀式也更完整,為整個藏曆四月的功德月。

所以說薩嘎達瓦節並非僅一天,而是整個藏曆四月的功德月,自初一到十五都會舉行各種修行活動。這一天,不僅是釋迦牟尼佛的誕生日,同時也是他成道與涅槃的日子。整個西藏都會沉浸在虔誠的氛圍中,街頭巷尾響徹經文誦唱,信眾們手持轉經筒、披著哈達,在風馬旗飛揚的藍天下祈願和平與慈悲。

薩嘎達瓦節被藏人視為「功德月」,這一整個月裡所做的善行,其功德都會放大百萬倍。對信仰藏傳佛教的人來說,這不僅是一個節日,而是一場深刻的靈魂修行——從「轉寺」到「轉山」,一步一叩首,都是通往心靈淨化的道路。

薩嘎達瓦節的由來:佛陀的三大聖事
薩嘎達瓦(Saga Dawa)又稱衛塞節(Vesak Festival)在藏語中意為「薩嘎星宿月」,是藏曆四月的名稱。根據佛教典籍記載,釋迦牟尼佛在這個月誕生、於同月悟道成佛,並在同月圓寂入涅槃。因此,藏人相信這是一年中最具功德的時期。

你在這一生中修持佛法獲得了多少成就,在你死亡的時候就會獲得多少的利益。不善業會為你帶來傷害,毫無益處。即使你修持佛法得到成就,但如果心中充滿執著,即是有「我的修持已獲得成就了」這樣的想法,並不會帶來太多的利益。

無論你修持甚麼法門,都要在不被執著所牽縛之下完成。如果您已經做了迴向發願,這將會為你帶來益處。時刻反觀自心。即使在修持佛法時,審視自己的修行是否正確是很重要的。不要欺騙自己,好好地觀察自心。你的心每時每刻都在變化,所以不要被煩惱情緒影響,要認真地修行。

However much you can accomplish Dharma in this life, it will benefit you at the time of death. Non-virtuous actions will bring you harm; there is no benefit. Even if you accomplish the Dharma, if it is infused with attachment, which is the thought that,
"I have accomplished Dharma," it will not bring much benefit.

Whatever Dharma you practice, accomplish it without getting entangled in attachment. If you have made dedication prayers, it will benefit you. Examine your mind at all times. Even while practicing Dharma, it is important to consider whether you are practicing properly or not. Without deceiving yourself, examine your mind properly. Your mind changes each and every second, so do not stay under the influence of afflictive emotions, and practice Dharma conscientiously.

如果你是一個有心識,能夠思考的人,那麼從現在開始,去想想你下一世需要甚麼。修持並且成就佛法。這非常重要。當你死亡時,如果你能帶走你擁有的任何財富或受用,那麼累積它們是沒有問題的。

然而,死亡之時你甚麼也帶不走。如果你擁有財富,無論它是甚麼,即使是很少的數目,或者是一點點的享受,都會令你生起執著和牽掛。於是你會背負著此生所累積的所有惡業。

If you are someone who has a mind and can contemplate, then, starting now, consider what you will need in the next life. Engage in practice and accomplish Dharma. This is very important. When you pass away, if you could take along whatever wealth or enjoyment you have with you, then there would be no problem in accumulating them.

However, at the time of death, there is nothing you can take with you. If you possess wealth, whatever it is, even a small amount, or a little bit of enjoyment, you become attached and entangled. Consequently, you carry along with you all the negative actions that you have accumulated in this life.

Throughout the day, you must visualize that your Root Guru, as Guru Rinpoche, abides upon your crown, and you must say supplication prayers. At night, when it is time to sleep, you have to visualize that Guru Rinpoche dissolves from your crown and abides in your heart. It is most important that your awareness is focused on this state as you sleep. You can sleep while gazing at the face of Guru Rinpoche.

早上醒來時,你必須觀想蓮花生大師回到你的頭頂之上並安住在那裡。然後你要思惟蓮師一直在你頭頂之上確保你不會沾染煩惱障,而且無論做甚麼事情都有好運氣。要這樣去修持!

In the morning, you must visualize that Guru Rinpoche returns to the crown of your head and abides there. Then you should think that Guru Rinpoche is dwelling upon your crown in order to not be tainted by afflictive obscurations, and to have good fortune in whatever activities you engage in. 念誦上師祈請文。不要認為上師在很遙遠的另一個地方。你必須思惟上師與你的身、語、意是無有分離的。在修上師瑜伽時,你應該觀想上師安住在你的頭上。你要這樣去修持。殊勝上師的證悟意與你的心融為一體,三世諸佛的證悟意與你的心合一不離。心中不要生起各種分別概念,安住於無造作的自然狀態。

Make supplication prayers to the Guru. Do not think that the Guru is distant and in another place. You have to think that the Guru is inseparable from your body, speech, and mind. During Guru Yoga, you have to think that the Guru abides upon your crown. You have to practice like this. The enlightened mind of the glorious Guru and your mind merge as one. You inseparably unify the enlightened mind of all the Buddhas of the three times with your own mind. Do not let the various kinds of mental conceptualization arise; settle in the state of unfabricated nature.

From the time you supplicate your Root Guru as Guru Rinpoche, he is always with you, like a body and its shadow. When you do not see Guru Rinpoche, it seems worthless and your time in supplication prayers becomes excessively short. It should not be like that. It is crucial to always endeavor in Guru Yoga and supplication prayers.

當你渴求並執著於輪迴,沉迷於飲食和各種世間欲樂時,你就錯過了成就佛法的機會。由於這些世俗的體驗,你錯過了於此生修持任何佛法的機會。結果當死亡來臨時,你會因為受到世俗經驗的影響而流轉到下三道之中。其後當你墮入惡道時,你必須放棄今生的所有快樂、安康、財富和地位。您絕無可能收拾和帶走你所擁有的東西。

As you yearn for and cling to cyclic existence, indulging in food, drink, and various worldly pleasures, you miss the opportunity to accomplish the Dharma. Due to these worldly experiences, you miss the opportunity to practice any Dharma in this lifetime. Consequently, when you pass away, influenced by your worldly experiences, you will wander in the lower realms. Later, when you venture into the lower realms, you must forsake all the happiness, well-being, wealth, and status of this life. There is no way for you to collect your belongings and carry them along with you.

過去的所有大師和成就者都捨棄了世俗生活。由於他們甚至冒著生命危險,全心全意地修持佛法,最終他們獲得了獨特的能力,可以毫不費力地圓滿覺醒之道,並迅速證得佛果。

All the previous masters and accomplished ones (siddhas) renounced their worldly lives. As they dedicated themselves to the practice of Dharma, even at the risk of their own lives, they acquired a unique ability to effortlessly achieve the path of awakening and swiftly attain the state of Buddhahood.

For you, being able to live a single day without illness seems daunting. Whatever major or minor Dharma practice you accomplish, you must consistently make dedication prayers for all motherly sentient beings to achieve temporary and ultimate happiness. You may enjoy a little bit of temporary pleasure from being egotistic, thinking, "I am great, l am good, I am learned, I am wealthy" but this wil not be of any help in achieving ultimate happiness.

If you endeavour to engage in the practice of Guru devotion by merging your mind with the enlightened mind of the Guru, the compassionate blessings of the Guru will gradually flow into your mental continuum. Consequently, all your karmic obscurations will be progressively purified, and you will receive the blessings of enlightened body, speech, and mind.

從無始以來的無數生世中,你一直都不斷投生在三界輪迴之中。沒有一個地方是你沒有投生過的。做出各種各樣的業,以及經歷輪迴大海之苦的人都是你自己。

Throughout countless lifetimes without beginning, you have continuously experienced rebirth within the three realms of cyclic existence. There is no place where you have not been born. You are the one who engages in all kinds of karmic actions and who experiences the suffering of the great ocean of samsara.
