成立於民國95年，同年由本會理事長帶領團隊親自前往祖廟「白沙屯拱天宮」恭迎 白沙屯媽祖分靈-會媽 蒞臨本會常駐。每年會媽採用擲杯儀式選定當年值班爐主，故無特定駐所。
