助順將軍 － 分靈艋舺晉德宮
保安廣澤尊王 － 延靈府城西羅殿

本堂前身為 河溝頭 助順轎班會，為因應本堂發展，由助順將軍爺發下聖諭，正式更改為 臺北石齋堂。

服務項目：轎班、神將及各式小法三壇法事科儀。

堂主 陳冠彰 先生，於年少時期就懷抱滿腔的熱血投入於陣頭及廟會上至今十餘載，如今帶領本堂從原先轎班會逐漸擴編神將會及小法團跨及不同領域。

本壇小法團師承
《茄萣 劉部堂 協心壇》，於老師的教導與傳承下，目前在北部弘揚閭山法脈小法技藝。
