五年千歲（張、徐、侯、耿、吳、何、薛、封、趙、譚、盧、羅十二千歲）古禒十二天王、十二大巡、十二王爺、為殷商年付民族英雄，因輔周伐紂有凾於國家社稷，生而為英，羽后戎神，受玉皇上帝敕命付天巡狩十二天王，主宰民間善惡，驅疫攘瘟，植福司命，保佑萬眾生靈，因供奉之廟宇配合寅、午、戌年舉辦大祭典，寅、午、戌年帢為五年間閣，信眾尊禒”五年千歲”。 民國五十二年歲次癸卯年本宮盧千歲顯聖，發爐開乩，聖駕旨示欽擇本宮現址建廟迄今，信徒廣增，香火日盛。
