原是依附在
八里渡船頭 五福宮五路財神廟內之藝陣組織
後於民國八十二年"脫離五福宮"成為
獨立藝陣團隊並改名為
八里五福神將會
具已故會長王坤堯先生
表示為求不忘本源因此新成立之神將會
依舊沿用「五福」字號
