台北慈德宮 侍奉主聖 西方南屏祖師道濟古佛濟公禪師、北極玄天上帝、關聖帝君、中壇元帥降魔天尊及諸神佛

西方南屏祖師道濟古佛濟公禪師(師尊)降鑾指示 領于佛令 玉旨 扶鸞濟世 渡化世民 草創時期有裘曾銘、陳金牆、侯文耀等三人。後續靈感事蹟不勝其多，前來請示之善信大德亦日日增多考量宮池場地，不敷使用於1989年11月份遷移至新北市板橋區(現址)。，不定期探訪賑慰每年舉辨冬令救濟
