本宮主神 北極玄天上帝及眾神聖於民國六十六年歲次丁己年在本市大觀路二段148巷34號降駕救世，於民國九十四年歲次乙酉年農曆一月擇吉日於現址破土興建。感謝各方善信大德慷慨捐助，方能於民國九十五年歲次丙戊年農曆八月十七日午時順序圓滿入廟安座
