本宮主神：三官大帝（天官、地官、水官）
配祀眾神：中壇元帥、關聖帝君、福德正神
本宮沿革：
在未建廟之前，僅有三界公香爐乙個，由值年爐主請向家供奉至次年新爐主產生，再以接力式循環交替供奉。後來南湖村長鄭玉全先生，認為村内必須有座廟，做為村内外民衆信仰之地，即發起組織建廟委員會，負責籌備建廟工作，經由羅蒼明先生提供建廟用地，全村民衆出錢出力，於1970年（民國59年）農曆9月29日落成啓用，並命名為南天宮。每年農曆八月初六曰舉辦慶典祭祀活動。
