本教會奉主耶穌之名，願為真道打美好的仗，設立以下的宗旨：引人歸主、裝備聖徒、差派教師、萬民救贖：教會發展計劃：透過小組化建立教會的原則，訓練人人承擔引人歸主使命、人人關懷教會的事工、人人裝備成為聖徒、人人成全作為教師、人人被塑造成為佈道、宣教的基督精兵。
