青 岩 宮 - 沿革

本宮供奉『五府千歲』王爺公，係於前清乾隆年間，由先民李文知，福建省遠涉渡臺墾荒，隨攜池府千歲，庇護李家到本庒，安宅內朝拜。
為中華民國八年，本地區發生瘟疫，一時死亡忱籍，大家祈求王爺公，解厄消災，果然神威顯赫，瘟疫立止，國泰民安，地方信徒甚為感念，於是有地方人士林明先生，獻地倡議建廟，即得白杞寮衆信徒響應，斥資興建，至中華民國十五年完成於現址，廟宇稱曰青岩宮，始奉祀五府千歲矣。

因年久失修，既影響觀瞻，又有傾倒之虞，乃於中華民國六十六年三月召開本庒信徒大會，議決捐款重建，至中華民國六十七年二月竣工，重建完成，特撰沿革誌之。
