臺東縣成功龍智觀王禪老祖宗教文化發展協會 以弘揚王禪老祖之道德精神，樹立民間正善之信念，提倡孝道之觀念，宣揚王禪老祖之聖蹟並興辦公益、慈善及文化教育等事項為宗旨。

本會之任務如下：
一、弘揚王禪老祖之正、善、孝、道德之精神、改善社會風氣。
二、舉辦社會公益慈善、道教教義及文化教育等有益身心活動。
三、敦親睦鄰，培養守望相助之精神。
四、協助推行政令，促進社會祥和。
五、舉辦會員各項聯誼，宗教文化理念交流等事項。
六、全面負責本會業務工作管理；研究制定本項目發展規劃、方針、
政策及全年工作計劃。
七、文化儀式活動之邀請與安排。
八、其他與章程所定宗旨及任務相關事項。
