Overcoming Anger: How to Solve Your Human Problems
6 Week Course from May to June

Since it is impossible to fulfill all our desires or to stop unwanted things happening to us, we need to find a different way of relating to frustrates desires and unwanted occurrences, we need to learn patient acceptance.

During this series of meditation courses we will learn tried and tested methods to overcome anger and frustration by training in its opposite, patient acceptance.
By becoming deeply familiar with patient our relationship to difficult people and difficult circumstances will change, we will gradually develop the ability to remain peaceful and happy whatever occurs.

克服憤怒:如何解決我們的人生難題

由於我們無法滿足所有的慾望,也無法避免不如意的事情發生,因此,需要學習一種不同的應對方式——也就是「忍辱」(安忍)。
在這一系列的冥想課程中,我們將學習經得起時間考驗的方法,透過培養憤怒的對治力量——忍辱,來面對並轉化內心的憤怒與挫折。
當我們逐漸熟悉並深化忍辱的修持,與「難相處的人」以及「困難的處境」之間的關係,也會開始轉變。我們將慢慢培養出一種能力:無論發生什麼,都能保持平靜與快樂。

佛陀最深奧的揭示之一,是我們所經驗的世界,其實只是心的顯現,如同夢境一般。由於我們的世界、自我、享受與一切活動,皆是心的本質顯現;當心是不清淨的,所經驗的一切便是不清淨的;而當我們透過淨化修持使內心變得清淨時,我們的世界與經驗也將隨之轉化為清淨。

密法(Tantra)正是成就這種圓滿清淨的方法。它結合了理解夢幻般實相的智慧,以及創造性的觀修,將自己轉化為本尊,安住於覺悟的清淨世界之中。因此,密法常被稱為「通往覺悟的快速之道」。
