🌩️ When Trust Fades

Storms come without warning — and so do the seasons when trust in God quietly slips away. This Sunday, join us for Part 3 of our "Trust God" series as we look at King Asa's story and ask: what happens when the trust we once had starts to fade... and how do we build a trust that lasts?

With Typhoon Bavi now having passed, we are grateful to announce that our worship service will resume this Sunday, July 12, as scheduled. Pastor Doug will share a message titled "Trust That Lasts" via video.

Continue to keep in prayer all those affected by the storm, asking for God's continued protection and safety over our community. As you travel to join us, please take extra care — roads and surroundings may still be affected by the aftermath of the typhoon.

See you Sunday! 🙏

At the end of his letter to the Colossians, Paul does something unexpected.

He doesn't close with a theological argument or a final warning. He closes with names.

Tychicus. Onesimus. Mark. Epaphras. Nympha. Archippus.

Twelve verses. Ten names. Each one a glimpse into what a flourishing ministry actually looks like — not a programme, not a building, not a budget. People. Relationships. Prayer. Sacrifice. Calling.

This Sunday we're looking at Colossians 4:7–18 and asking one question:

What does it take for the body to truly flourish?
We'd love to have you with us.

Six bars. One source. A life fully charged. This week we ask one question — how do you sustain a gospel-powered life at home, at work, and everywhere in between? The answer is Col. 4:2–6. Prayer. Watchfulness. Thankfulness. Proclamation. Wisdom. Uplifting conversation. Which bar is running lowest in your life right now?

📖 This Sunday — "Where the Gospel Works"
Colossians 3:22–4:1

Last week the gospel came home.
This week it goes to work.

Paul doesn't let anyone off the hook — worker, leader, or anyone in between. Because a gospel that only functions at home hasn't fully arrived yet.

This Sunday we ask three questions:
🔨 How does the gospel transform how you work?
👔 What does it mean to be a leader who leads loud?
🎯 Who are you really working for?

Your vocation is an altar. Your effort is an offering. Nothing done for God is overlooked.

Join us this Sunday. Bring someone from work. 🙏

📖 This Sunday — "Where the Gospel Lives"
Colossians 3:18–25

We often think of the gospel as something we believe on Sunday. But Paul has a bigger vision — the gospel is meant to live in our homes, our families, and our workplaces.

This week we're exploring what it looks like when Christ is truly Lord of every relationship:
💍 Marriage as a mirror of the New Covenant
👨‍👩‍👧 Family life shaped by grace, not just rules
💼 Work done for a hidden audience — the Lord himself

The gospel doesn't just save you — it transforms everything.

Join us this Sunday. Bring someone who needs to hear it. 🙏

🌸 This Mother's Day, we're celebrating the women who shaped us.

Every mother has said it at least once: "Get dressed!"

But the wisest mothers were doing something far greater than getting you out the door on time. They were dressing you for life — clothing you in compassion, kindness, patience, forgiveness, and love that lasts long after the school run is over.

"Instead of 'GET DRESSED,' Mom Said 'Dress for Life'"
📖 Colossians 3:12–17

You thought she was talking about your clothes.
She was talking about your life. 👆

📢 Service Time Update — Mother's Day Sunday

Dear church family,

Please note that this Sunday, May 10 (Mother's Day), our worship service will be held at 10:00 AM instead of our regular time.

We look forward to a meaningful morning celebrating and honoring our mothers together in worship. See you Sunday! 🌸

Growing up, Sunday morning had a feeling like no other day of the week.

You got cleaned up. You put on your best clothes. You went to church. Maybe your grandparents came to visit. There was something special about it — community, singing, the Word, a quiet moment of peace in a busy world.

But here's the question I've been sitting with:
How do we carry that into the rest of the week?

This Sunday we're opening Colossians 3:1–11
Sunday Morning or 24/7?

Paul has something to say about what resurrection life actually looks like not just on Sunday morning but all week long.

Come ready to be challenged — and encouraged.

Are you tired of a faith that feels like a performance?

This Sunday we are looking at what authentic Christianity actually looks like — not a checklist of rules, not an impressive spiritual résumé, but a living, daily connection to the One in whom you are already complete.

Don't settle for a shadow when the reality is found in Christ. Now live like it. ✝️

We'd love to have you join us. Whether you've been walking with Jesus for decades or you're just curious — there's a seat for you.
