個人必須自己準備項目 :
小三牲
1. 生鴨蛋1顆
2. 大塊豆乾1塊 或 小豆乾三塊
（一般為黃色或黑色 ）
3.一塊帶皮五花肉
4.T恤一件(短長袖皆可不要黑色,其餘皆可)

保生壇 休息日 :
