員山大湖地區居民的信仰中心，現主祀三山國王。原主祀福德正神，後有一漳州人石三才將三王金身請至廟內，三王顯靈威懾番族，神蹟頻傳，又至內員山碧仙宮分靈大王、二王之香火，本廟改主祀三山國王，三王理應為主神。
