木柵集應廟(尪公廟)建於光緒(二十年)甲午年(西元1894年)，民國67年重修，民國71年落成現貌。主祀保儀尊王俗稱尪公祖。
主神張巡為唐玄宗天寶14年安史之亂(公元755至763)堅守睢陽城之名將。
