Every Christian is born a warrior Our destiny is to be assaulted and our duty is to attack. We are all to stand defensively to "defend the faith once delivered to the saints". We are also to stand offensively because the "gates of Hell will not prevail against us". Our three enemies are the world, the flesh, and the devil. We have a Captain to fight for, a banner to fight under, and Christians to fight beside.

1. HELMET OF SALVATION
Assurance of Salvation - We are to guard our thoughts we allow to enter our mind.

2. BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
The heart - Right living guards our heart from wrong emotions and temptations.

3. SHIELD OF FAITH
Our shield of faith comes from bible reading.

4. LOINS GIRT ABOUT WITH TRUTH (belt)
Sincerity, transparency or realness - Live a godly life.

5. SWORD OF SPIRIT
This is the Holy Spirit weapon in our hand. It is the same weapon Jesus used against the devil in Matt 4:1-8 where he constantly said, "It is written..."
Carry it wherever you go! Do not be caught without your weapon!

6. FEET SHOD (shoes)
We are to leave peace wherever we go and bring peace between God and man as we witness. Prayer keeps our footing firm. God gave us feet so we could spread the gospel. Let us use them for Him!

The Bible says that what God hated 2,000 years ago, He still hates today. SIN❌️
God has not changed, people have.
Their consciences are seared and they no longer recognize sin.
Sin is no longer called sin. It is called a mistake.

SIN means "to miss the mark". If you have shot archery or guns before, you know that the goal is to hit the bull's-eye 🎯.
God has given us a book of commands called the Bible.
When we fall short, no matter how close we come, it is called sin.

Confession for a Christian is to admit to God that we have sinned. After we ask for forgiveness, the closeness to God is there again!

WHAT IS THE WILL OF GOD?✝️

God has a plan and design for your life.❤️
You are not a leaf that fell by chance to be scattered by an autumn's.🍂

Scripture says the steps of a good man are "ordered" by the Lord.📖
Much of the will of God is wrapped up in becoming the Christian we ought to be.

If are being the Christian we should be, we will be doing what we should do and end up where we ought to end up.🙏

Pray - 1Thess. 5:17 KJV

Be faithful in Church - Heb. 10:25 KJV

Live holy lives - 1 Cor. 6:19-20 KJV

Needs direction

Needs teaching

👉FOOL - Ignores and defies God's principles

Feels he has already arrived
Never learns from mistakes
Needs repentance

✝️David taught Solomon as a young boy that seeking God's wisdom was the most important choice he could make.

✝️Solomon learned the lesson well. When God appeared to Solomon to fulfill any request. Solomon chose wisdom above all else (1 Kings 3:9).

✝️We should also make God's wisdom our 👉first choice. We don't have to wait for God to appear to us. We can boldly ask him for wisdom today through prayer (James 1:5).
