莊嚴而寬敞，清淨，供奉著緬甸玉佛、左右二邊有白玉觀世音菩薩、地藏菩薩。玉佛的慈悲法像殊勝莊嚴，來到佛堂的人都能感到寬慰寧靜，平日使用功能上，平時為經典共修、小型法會、佛學課程、台南分院提供南台灣古都一處洗滌心靈、植福修慧的殊勝蘭若淨土。
