本堂創立於民國97年，起初以【 總 巡 會 】之稱，於民國102年時受本堂恩主【 池 府 千 歲 】指示欲前往開基玉皇宮接領天旨後，再前往東嶽殿接領地令，舘號正式升格為【 總 巡 堂 】
