三官大帝原係在明末清初，當時廟名為三界壇，是為現在台南市中正路頭，消防大社址，由於日據時代日人強制拆除後，其香火由陳府（陳連平）請回家中膜拜。民國36年5月起，正名為聖安宮，位於台南市開山路35巷42號，弘法濟世，受惠者不計其數，香火鼎盛，終日不已。每年農曆年正月十五日為主祭典日，因奉拜之主神本意救世為12年，故稱之為三王爺。民國52年推選省議員張丁誥出任董事長，民國55年三王爺神威顯赫，香火鼎盛，無法容納眾多信徒，由張董事長選廟地籌備建廟事宜，承神明指示在台南新興路建廟，玉勒賜名為三官大帝廟三官大帝。
