沿革
明末清初,鄭氏軍民自廈門起兵攻台,原廈門及諸多信仰與鄉土神明亦隨軍來台。原本廈門、泉州、漳州一帶即是清水祖師信仰中心，陳氏先祖亦將祖師神像奉請來台。
