主祀:觀音二媽.觀音佛祖.萬年大釋迦佛.七府千歲.臨水夫人。民國13年由前人薛丁放、薛炎兩兄弟，致台南赤崁樓大士殿，懇求在此地，廣度眾生，至今香火鼎盛。
