佳池宮坐落在台南市佳里區忠仁里平等街16之9號，主神池府千歲.池王爺的金身於明末清初遇難，自大陸落海後漂流，在土城鹿耳門登陸，由十一角頭的耆老受到池王爺指示請回恭奉，至今已有三百餘年的歷史!
