台南德門愛心基金會於創辦人李龍生先生創立已有二十二個寒暑，草創之初備極艱辛，很榮幸有創辦人李龍生先生辛苦經營，得以今日如此茁壯，【感念】。　　德門愛心會之所有幹部將秉持創辦人之理念，以﹁人飢己飢，人溺己溺﹂之精神，繼續尋找需要關懷的弱勢族群，因為『為善最樂』，也以『為善福雖未至，但禍已遠矣』這句話來共同勉勵各會員善心大德。
