主祀觀音佛祖，副祀清水祖師、五路財神、阿彌陀佛、準提菩薩、地藏王、福德正神、註生娘娘、虎爺公建寺於民國63年，經神祇向當時東山碧軒寺主持夢境指示，今因緣成熟回到源起地重建寺廟。歡迎參拜指導～
