本廟主祀【北極玄天上帝】是由本庄林姓先祖隨明鄭來台攜請護身登臺，安居本庄後始遂安奉，清初建廟，歷史悠久，神靈遠播；配祀：福德正神、註生娘媽、田都元帥。歡迎眾善信蒞敝宮參拜
