歲次丙午年，出發道教總廟三清宮

位於原台南縣潭頂村，是地方信仰中心。屬於三王信仰系統，與台南市普濟殿的池府王爺同系統。潭頂是個民風純樸的庄頭，百年來，王爺一直用心守護這裡。每逢農曆初一、十五都免費開放問事。
