八龍菩薩護大千。

準提八風吹不動。
佛母端坐紫金蓮。

本廟主祀《準提佛母》《八龍菩薩》，配祀《註生娘娘》《福德正神》《中壇元帥》《二寮山神土地》歡迎十方大德善信蒞廟參拜。
