土安宮主祀田都元帥，據〈土安宮沿革誌〉記載，田都元帥名雷海清，原籍山東，唐天寶年中供奉內庭管領皇

2014/5/24歲次甲午年四月廿六日，
恭祝 台南市新營區土庫里 土庫土安宮 田府元帥 聖誕千秋！
卅六庄下茄苳泰安宮旌忠廟管理委員會主任委員賴美惠女士率領全體委員團拜祝壽。
主任委員林國信率領委員會舉行三獻禮大典，邀請新營區長張睿民、市議員參選人陳佳琪、泰安宮旌忠廟管委會常務監事王子豪與中華統一促進黨總裁張安樂與祭。
