東山孚佑宮又名仙公廟，位於崁頭山麓，海拔約580公尺。坐擁高山之靈，海疆之氣，乃天、地、人三才匯聚之所。主祀唐朝呂喦，字洞賓，號純陽子，神號「玉清內相金闕選仙純陽演正警化孚佑帝君三曹主宰興行妙道天尊」
