水湳小德蘭天主堂在歷任神父修女全體教友共通經營下，設有四團聖母軍、基督活力、聖詠團、文生會、芥子社青、成人讀經、主日學、青年會、慕道班等
2008年起又成立愛水(仁愛里 水湳里)關懷據點，提供一個老年學習與休閒場所。
水湳堂平日情感情洽 活力十足 行動力旺盛，弟兄姐妹如同家人，情誼深厚...
