自先民渡海來台 定居高美十二甲地 男務農捕魚 女紡紗織布 安居樂業 從古至今 地靈人傑 於前清朝時有一唐山客途經十二甲地 隨身迎請一神明金身 因緣際會而留在李姓人家早晚奉祀 焚香頂禮 直至台灣光復後 神靈顯化 神明採乩於楊姓弟子堪發為乩 聖駕蒞臨 扶乩 指示聖號乃十三府王爺 經李姓人家同意 方迎請至楊姓家族公廳 期間神威顯赫 護國佑民 神聖常降駕濟世 不可勝數 民國73年設立壇號 名謂 三順壇
