📌Overview: Paul tells the Ephesians that they cannot keep living like they used to before they became Christians. Putting on their “new self” means to stop the sinful lifestyles and bad habits they had as non-believers.
概述：保羅告訴以弗所的信徒，他們不能繼續用信主以前的行爲模式來生活。他們必須穿上“新人”，也就是從成爲基督徒之前的罪惡生活與壞習慣裏走出來。

📌Application: Sanctification and discipleship are NOT easy, and many Christians “backslide” into old sin and lifestyle if they are not careful. We have to have a goal to get rid of sin, and all of us need help to do that (like small groups, confession, and spiritual goals).
應用：致力於成聖與門徒操練並不容易。許多基督徒在不當心的時候，就“故態復萌”回到舊有的罪惡和不良的生活方式。我們必須要為除掉罪惡設立一個目標，每個人都需要幫助來達成（如透過小組聚會，認罪悔改，和建立屬靈的標竿）

🤍主日回顧 ｜《神聖的摩擦力：活出多元的真和諧》

上週主日信息《神聖的摩擦力：活出多元的真和諧》提醒我們，教會就像基督的身體，雖然每個人都不同，卻能因著耶穌成為彼此的祝福。當我們願意在「神聖的摩擦」中被神塑造，差異不再是衝突，而能成為榮耀神的恩賜。🤍

除了主日聚會，上週也有充滿交流與成長的社青團契，一起分享關於感情關係的課題，真誠對話中學習用神的眼光看待愛與關係。✨

同時，每個月我們舉辦「家庭建造者」聚會，期待幫助夫妻、父母以合神心意的方式建造家庭。這週我們分享3C對家庭的影響，參與者都收穫滿滿，並決心活出跟世界不一樣的生活方式！

願我們都在基督裡，一起學習愛、理解與合一，成為能帶下神榮耀的群體。✨

🤍 Sunday Reflection ｜Holy Friction: The Sound of True Harmony

Last Sunday’s message, Holy Friction: The Sound of True Harmony, reminded us the church is like Christ’s body. Even though everyone is different, we can be a blessing to each other because of what Jesus has done for us. When we are willing to be molded by God through holy friction, our differences no longer cause conflict. They become a gift that brings glory to God. 🤍

Besides the worship service, there was a Young Adult Fellowship that was marked by good interactions and growth as they shared on the topic of relationships. There was also a Home Builders Training meeting where through heartfelt conversation the participants learned to view love and relationships from God’s perspective. ✨

At the same time, every month we host a "HomeBuilders" meeting, hoping to help couples and parents build their families in a way that pleases God. This week we shared about the impact of 3C products on families, and the participants gained a lot and resolved to live a lifestyle different from the rest of the world!

In Christ, may we learn to love and understand each other and be united, becoming a community that brings glory to God! ✨

✨【5/17 Sunday Service 主日回顧】

上週的主日充滿感恩與感動！
我們一起透過信息《Sent Ones: A People on Mission 受差遣者：肩負大使命的天國子民》再次被提醒，神仍然在差遣平凡的人，去傳揚耶穌帶來的盼望與愛 ❤️

更特別的是，上週有三位弟兄姊妹受洗！
看見他們勇敢公開見證自己的信仰、選擇跟隨耶穌，真的讓人非常感動。受洗不只是儀式，而是一個全新的開始，象徵生命被神更新，也正式踏上屬於神的旅程 ✨

無論我們在哪裡、做什麼，神都能使用我們成為祝福他人的器皿。願我們都成為被神差遣的人，把福音的盼望帶到身邊每一個角落 🙌

也恭喜主日學今年畢業的高中畢業生們！🎓

✨【5/17 Sunday Service Recap】✨

Last Sunday was filled with gratitude and touching moments!

Through the message, “Sent Ones: A People on Mission,” we were reminded once again that God is still sending ordinary people to share the hope and love found in Jesus ❤️

What made the service even more special was that three brothers and sisters were baptized last week!
Seeing them boldly testify to their faith and choose to follow Jesus was truly moving. Baptism is not just a ceremony — it is a brand new beginning, symbolizing a life renewed by God and the start of a journey with Him ✨

No matter where we are or what we do, God can use us to become a blessing to others. May we all become people who are sent by God, bringing the hope of the Gospel to every corner around us 🙌

We also want to congratulate the high school seniors graduating from Sunday School! 🎓
