玉皇宮主祀玉皇大帝，陪祀文衡帝君，分別分靈自臺南市天公廟及文衡殿。 該宮建於民國75年（1986），主要祭典為農曆正月初九日的天公生祭典及陪祀文衡帝君農曆六月廿四日的聖誕；目前約有120名信徒，並成立信徒大會。該宮自7年前開始提供信徒消災、改運的服務，據說大多以祈求家庭和事業的平安順遂為主。
