歷史沿革：渡海來臺開基朱王爺老祖(金身已百年以上）創壇於民國38年，創壇主為朱王爺乩子，隨時代變遷，傳承至今由創壇主的第二、三、四代子孫及眾信徒共同成立第三屆長安壇管理委員會傳承萬年香火，共沐神恩，濟世助人
