凡一切不如意、不順心、遭遇都是債，以前的債、現世的債，寬容以待、心靈平和，債也就還了、清了，以後報的都是福田了;否則，不滿、憤怒、報復，即是添新債，如此下去，冤冤相報何時了!

忍讓福中福，忍了、讓了，心平氣和，這一筆債也就清了，還了，接下來就是福了。不忍福中禍，不忍債沒還，又添新債，到時還也還不清，苦也苦不完。

怨天憂人破福祿最快，1個怨憂減3善，再大的福祿也被削了。假如你遭遇逆境而不怨天，那麼你後面及子孫必興盛流長。

發脾氣叫做火燒功德。如果不改掉這個壞脾氣，無論一天念多少部經，講多少次法，做多少善功德，你自己都出不了三界。發脾氣本身就是無明的表現，無明就是不明白。你自己都不明白教法，怎麼可能很圓滿的度人?

怎樣得到上天的厚愛?

第一、別人不好處，要掩藏幾分，這是渾厚以養天

這個意思是，你看到其他人不好不光彩的地方，要替他掩藏幾分，這樣做就是養天。你養天，天就會厚待你和你的子孫。再進一步講，不要天天睜大眼睛挑他人的短處和缺點，你打著燈籠找他人的問題，其實就是找上天的不是，和上天過不去，上天能厚待你嗎?

第二、成人之美

他人有好事，你順手推舟，既作了人情也積了德，要是悄悄地做就更好。反之，你事事處處反著來，甚至暗裡使損招，消耗了上天的能量，上天就消你的福。永遠記住，不要和任何事任何人作對。不和任何事任何人作對，就是不和上天作對，順天意自然會得到上天的厚愛。

第三、謙德

只有謙虛的人，可以承受福報。你謙虛，你敬人敬物，你其實在敬天，天就要你發達，上天一定會幫助你，而且一定先開發你的智慧，讓你變得更加安祥善良，恭喜你，那你一定就有福了!

All unsatisfactory, unsatisfactory, and encounters are debts. The debts from the past and the present life are all debts. If you treat them with tolerance and have peace of mind, the debts will be repaid and cleared. What you will repay in the future will be a field of blessings; otherwise, dissatisfaction, anger, Retaliation means adding new debts. If this continues, how long will it take to retaliate? Blessings come from forbearance. If you endure and give in, you will be calm. This debt will be cleared and repaid, and the next step will be blessings. We can't bear the misfortune among blessings, we can't bear the debt not being repaid, and adding new debts. When the time comes, we won't be able to repay them, and the suffering will never end. Complaining about heaven and earth and worrying about others can destroy your fortune the fastest. One complaint and worry will reduce three good deeds. No matter how great your fortune is, it will be reduced. If you encounter adversity without blaming God, then you and your descendants will prosper for a long time. Losing your temper is called burning merit. If you don't get rid of this bad temper, no matter how many sutras you recite, how many times you preach, or how many good deeds you do in a day, you will never be able to leave the three realms. Losing your temper is itself a manifestation of ignorance, which means not understanding. If you don’t understand the teachings yourself, how can you save people perfectly? How can you get God’s love? First, if others are not good for you, you have to hide it a little. It's such a shameful place. You have to hide it for him. Doing so is nourishing the world. If you nourish Heaven, Heaven will be kind to you and your descendants. To take it a step further, don’t open your eyes and pick out other people’s shortcomings and shortcomings every day. If you look for other people’s problems with a lantern, you are actually blaming God. If you have trouble with God, can God be kind to you? Second, the beauty of adulthood is that others do good things. By pushing the boat forward, you have done a favor and accumulated virtue. It would have been better if you had done it quietly. On the contrary, if you do the opposite in everything, and even do harm in secret, you consume God's energy, and God will eliminate your blessings. Always remember, don’t fight anything or anyone. If you don’t go against anything or anyone, you don’t go against God. If you follow God’s will, you will naturally receive God’s love. Third, modesty. Only modest people can bear blessings. You are humble, you respect people and things, you are actually respecting God, God wants you to be prosperous, God will definitely help you, and it will definitely develop your wisdom first and make you more peaceful and kind. 很多人以為吃素唸經、禮佛`拜神`拜懺、做慈善工作，甚至修神通、修到有未卜先知的能力，或是把身上的氣脈都打通了，就叫作「修行」。

其實所謂修行，簡單的說就是「修正自己的想法、語言、行為的偏差，通過任何方法而達成這個目的，這就是修行」。

因此，上述如誦經拜懺、吃素拜神禮佛，這些作法的確可以讓我們得到身心的平靜與安定。但是，『它只是修行的「方法之一」，但「不是修行的目的」，這要弄清楚才行』。

至於修神通，神佛主張「因緣果報」，一切的一切皆緣於過去生中的業力牽引，而有現前的受報。未來我們的出路，也要靠著各自本身的努力才會慢慢好轉，「單憑神通是無濟於事的」。

而很多人梵唄唱得很好，誦經、持咒唸佛都很熟練，這樣固然很好，但這只是修行的「入門工夫」。所謂：「誦經不如解經，解經不如行經與證經」。

經典是教導我們「修行的方法」，並去吸收熟悉與實踐這方法，而且還要一步一步確實的去做，稱「實修實證」，這樣才能得到真正修行的利益；如果在日常生活、工作時或與人相處之間，還是跟以前一樣，動不動就「怨天尤人」、「牢騷滿腹」，「自私自利」，「傷害他人」等，那表示吃素誦經只做了「表面工夫」，對於修正自己的習氣、行為和觀念都沒有絲毫地去改變。

我們要轉變行為和觀念，就是把貪、瞋、癡、慢、疑這些毛病改正過來。與人相處的時候，除了要用慈悲心、包容心、來寬恕別人的錯誤；同時，還要發揮自己的聰明才智，將成果奉獻給眾人，隨時隨地能運用理性和智慧，解決人生各種煩惱。

所以，一個修行深厚的人，非但對自己有利益，他的行為舉止也一定能嘉惠他人。所謂：「有德行、有修養、有慈悲以及無上的智慧」。

In fact, the so-called practice simply means "correcting the deviations of one's own thoughts, words, and behaviors, and achieving this goal through any method, this is practice." Therefore, the above-mentioned practices such as chanting sutras, worshiping repentance, eating vegetarian food, worshiping gods and Buddhas, these practices can indeed bring us peace and stability of body and mind. However, "it is just "one of the methods" of practice, but "not the purpose of practice." This needs to be clarified." As for cultivating supernatural powers, gods and Buddhas advocate "karma and retribution". Everything is caused by the karma in the past life, and has the present reward. Our way out in the future will also depend on our own efforts to gradually improve. "Just relying on magical powers will not help." Many people are good at singing chants, reciting sutras, reciting mantras and reciting Buddha's name. This is good, but it is only the "introductory skill" of spiritual practice. As the saying goes: "Reciting the Sutra is not as good as interpreting the Sutra, and interpreting the Sutra is not as good as practicing the Sutra and demonstrating it." The classics teach us the "methods of practice", and we must absorb, familiarize and practice this method, and we must do it step by step, which is called "practical practice". Only in this way can we get the benefits of real practice; if in daily life and work When getting along with others, you are still the same as before, always "blaming", "complaining", "selfish", "hurting others", etc. This means that the vegetarian diet and chanting are only "superficial". Correcting your own habits, behaviors, and concepts will not change you at all. We need to change our behaviors and concepts, which means correcting problems such as greed, anger, ignorance, pride, and suspicion. When getting along with others, in addition to being compassionate and tolerant, you must forgive others' mistakes; at the same time, you must also use your intelligence and talents to dedicate your achievements to others, and use reason and wisdom anytime and anywhere to solve all kinds of troubles in life. Therefore, a person with deep spiritual practice is not only beneficial to himself, but his behavior will also benefit others. The so-called: "Be virtuous, cultivated, compassionate and supremely wise."

行善的真義就是為對方帶來利益與快樂，這是需要很用心去把事情做得最好。

別只是隨便做，因為別人要我們做才心不甘情不願地去做。

本應買好的東西給對方，
把自己喜歡的送人，
我們卻把自己不要的東西拿去給人，這就好像丟東西一樣。

如果是這樣，所得的快樂
比不上把自己喜歡的東西送人之後所帶來的喜悅。

所給的東西越是自己所喜愛，
而又捨得拿出來，
這將帶來殊勝的喜悅。

如果一個人做事畏首畏尾的，
怕別人批評，見人私談，
心便不安而起猜疑，以為人家在說他什麼，那是沒有見識、沒有智慧的人。

如果內心不夠堅強，沒有堅定的毅力，沒有反省的念頭，沒有慈悲的善解，那麼再小的違緣也會阻礙你，再小的困境也會傷害你。

所以要增長自己的信心，強化自己的願力。
自信起來，堅定起來。
不要總是跟著煩惱轉，一點兒自信都沒有。

而人生，其實只有七天：
春天、夏天、秋天、冬天和
回不去的昨天，
忙不完的今天，
說不準的明天。
一切都順其自然，笑看風雲，
淡看名利，認真過好每一天。

人生的路，總是要一個人去走的，身邊的人能陪伴到最後的沒有幾個，一路上吃的苦，遇的難，也只能自己去扛。
生命中總有一段歲月讓我們覺得苦累不堪，但其實，再難熬的時光堅持一下也就過去了。
你不需要停下來向別人索要幫助。

都要做好人，
為人實在，不虛偽，
待人誠懇，不勢力。

做人，別太算計，
利益不是算計得來，
感情不是籌謀才深。
是你的不會不來，
不是的強求不來。
靠手段得到，得到也不光彩，
靠陰謀換取，成功也不安心。

錢財，自己賺，
人品，自己建。

not hypocritical.
Character is a person's strongest backer.
A person with good character is
tolerant and generous, does not care,
keeps his word, and does not break the bill. If one's mind is not right, he is a villain, and he does many evils, and he is a bad

person . The villain will be blamed by everyone, and the bad will be punished by God. Those who calculate others will one day bring harm to themselves, and those who treat others well will definitely bring good luck to themselves. To be a man, do not seek great wealth or honor, but only seek good character! To live, one must have a kind heart. Be more sincere, be less calculating, be more tolerant, be less calculating, be more supportive, be less defamatory, be more helpful, and be less difficult. 菩薩了達一切諸苦，皆是虛妄，畢竟不可得，故能安忍，住於平等，故曰不計眾苦。
因緣聚散是天經地義的！
「天有不測風雲，人有旦夕禍福」
「月有陰晴圓缺，人有悲歡離合」
可見生、死、聚、散都是正常的事。
既然聚散是必然的事實，那就沒有什麼好痛苦的了。
要用平常心來看待所有一切發生的事，
這樣在相聚時，就不會太過興奮，
而分離時，也不會那麼憂苦。
聚散的過程其實是讓我們成長的一種力量，
因為層次和層面的提高、擴大，
使我們的生命過程更充實、更飽滿，也更加多彩多姿！
離別之所以讓人感到痛苦，
問題的關鍵仍在於大家難免都希望自己喜歡、執著的，能永遠留在自己身旁，這才是痛苦的真正原因。
所以，只要轉變自己的心境和看法，
以平常心來看待離別，掌握聚散離合帶來的成長契機，
就不會再為離別而擔心苦惱了。

"The moon waxes and wanes, and people have joys and sorrows." It can be seen that life, death, gatherings, and separations are all normal things. Since gathering and separation is an inevitable fact, there is nothing to be painful about. We should look at everything that happens with a normal mind, so that when we get together, we won't be too excited, and when we separate, we won't be so sad. 造作種種不善，便會在六道循環、相續、輪轉，沒有休息。是什麼東西主宰的？業力，自己過去世所造作，力量非常巨大。

隨業流轉，就是無明，就是不了解事實真相，表這個意思。

而愛欲是諸苦之本！
愛欲這兩個字範圍很大，
[愛]是你喜歡它，[欲]是想佔有它，
愛財、愛色、愛名、愛利，
總是想擁有，總是不肯放下。

可是，
各位好朋友，
你們都沒有想到，
世間上的一切，
什麼都帶不去，
沒有一樣是你們的!

你可以擁有愛。
但不要執著，因為分離是必然的。

You always want to have it and never let it go. However, dear friends, you have never thought that you can take nothing with you in the world, and none of it is yours! You can have love. But don't be attached, because separation is inevitable.

大多數的人，總是喜歡誇大自己自吹自擂，但卻又常常要求別人自己也做不到的事情。

例如有些父母，整天忙於公事、交際、應酬，在家的時間少之又少，沒有時間照顧家庭與子女，只會一昧的要兒女們認真讀書，不准出門等等。

再有一些修行人，非常喜歡說他自己有神通，有多了不起，但他也許只是看了少許經典，便將諸佛菩薩、祖師大德所說的話，認為是自己的見解。遇到別人問他時，就說是自己悟出的道理，其實，對不生不滅涅槃的思想、境界並非真正了解，到那一天西洋鏡被拆穿了，又要如何自圓其說呢?

人，大都是虛偽、好面子的。不是自己的創見也會說是自己發現的真理;沒有達到的某種境界，也可能會說自己已經到達。

所以，經教的戒律中有一條「不妄語」戒,就是說如果隨便說自己證得果位，即犯「大妄語」戒。再又為希求他人的供養而說，如此，則再罪加一等。

現在有很多人，假藉神通的名義，標榜能替眾生消災解厄，其實眾生的共業，怎麼可能光憑一個人的力量就能轉變的呢?

要清楚明白神通敵不過業力，就像虛偽戰勝不了真實。

做人要真實，不要虛偽。一個虛假的人，儘管外表光鮮亮麗，但內、外不相符合，煩惱一旦升起，又不知如何解決!我常講一個人要當聖人並不容易，作凡夫是比較簡單，老老實實的做人，老老實實的面對一切，自然心無恐懼，能夠坦然地迎向生命中的橫逆與波折，才是一位真正的勇者。

There are also some cultivators who really like to say that they have divine powers and how great they are, but they may only read a few scriptures and consider what the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and great virtues of their ancestors have said as their own opinions. When others ask him, they say they have come to understand the truth, but in fact, they do not truly understand the thoughts and realm of immortality and nirvana. On that day, when the Western Mirror is exposed, how can they justify themselves?
People are mostly hypocritical and face saving. Even if it is not one's own creativity, it can be said that it is one's own discovered truth; A certain level that has not been reached may also be said to have been reached.
So, in the precepts of scripture, there is a precept of "not speaking falsely", which means that if one casually claims to have achieved the right position, they will commit the precept of "great falsehood". If we say it again in order to demand the support of others, then the crime will be even worse.
Nowadays, many people, under the guise of divine powers, claim to be able to alleviate disasters and misfortunes for all living beings. In fact, how can the common cause of all living beings be transformed solely by one person's power?
It is important to understand clearly that divine power cannot defeat karma, just as hypocrisy cannot defeat reality.
Be truthful and not hypocritical in life. A false person, despite having a shiny appearance, doesn't match the inside and outside. Once troubles arise, they don't know how to solve them! I often say that it is not easy for a person to become a saint. Being a mortal is relatively simple. Being an honest person, facing everything honestly, naturally fearless, and able to calmly face the ups and downs of life is a true warrior.

只是臨時的快樂，
掙扎著尋找這些快樂，
一會兒它們就消失了。
在法裡獲得的快樂是持久的，
因為心沒有被捆綁，
沒有被束縛。

誰做誰就會得，
這個是取決於自己的，
你種什麼就得到什麼。
但是每個人精進的程度不一樣，
這只能取決於自己的業報了。

誰可以幫助我們涅槃呢？
如果做得到的話，
神佛早就把我們都帶到涅槃去了。
神佛說他只是一個指路的人，
路要我們自己走。
