本宮建於清光緒十年，原名為「福德祠」；於民國71年重建並改名為「福安宮」。宮址座落於當地知名景點「勝利星村」青島街一帶，舊地名為（檳榔腳）現為永城里。主奉「福德正神」於每年農曆二月初二舉辦聖誕慶典活動。
