本宮恭奉
玄天大上帝 玄天二上帝 玄天三上帝 ''官埔北玄宮''坐落於林邊鄉官埔，前身為官埔救世壇，原是鄭氏家族供奉家神，但神威顯赫，以耳傳耳，信徒日日增多，民國71年釋宮號''官埔救世壇''且信徒也成立管理委員，於民國102年6月在新地點開始興建新廟宇，更名為''官埔北玄宮''。
