金天寺

金天寺 主祀神祇 : 觀世音菩薩 / 配祀神祇 : 麒麟太子千歲、善財、龍女、註生娘?

早期從大陸浙江省南海普陀山，三尊絲線媽，到名間鄉新厝村，清朝時絲線媽從新厝村到鹿掘庄（鹿鳴巷）陳氏祖厝三合院正廳，改今金天堂（觀音廳）而後成立北館（天樂軒），服務庄內請神、廟會活動、及庄內婚喪喜慶等，神尊至今277年，第一任管理人陳增，傳給後代子弟陳取、陳有志先生等，經過時代演變，民國50年代正廳改建傳統廟，前殿、後殿、並改為(金天寺)名稱 ，並成立管理委員會，第一屆主任委員由林萬寶先生擔任，中間委員會停頓一段時間，至民國89年2月13日由村長鄭政勇先生召集庄民再成立第二屆管理委員會，並推舉陳振榮先生擔任主任委員，帶動委員推動運作至今。
