鹿港埔尾龍德宮，主祀為三山國王、玄天上帝、太子元帥、九天玄女、太上老君、天上聖母、福德正神。
三山國王於民國63年，降駕於王家指示救世為人消災解厄，並遴選王玉山先生為其乩身，玉皇大帝特賜宮廟名～龍德宮。
