於民國102年11月29日(2013/癸巳)，旨興宮於基隆七堵區舉行安座，剛開宮之時信眾尚未豐羽，需靠其他分宮協助完成，雖過程艱辛，但在宮主乩手的堅持及信眾支持下，從民宅式逐步維修成為更具莊嚴的宮廟，讓即使是初次到訪的信眾也能更加感受十二天王的威嚴與神力。乙巳年五月二十六日遷址至新北瑞芳區四腳亭，繼續秉持弘揚正信、服務信眾的宗旨，與您同行。
